She was born in Italy, based in Paris and Milan, specialized in contemporary art. After earning a master's degree in art history, she began her career in 1999 at Gagosian, where she worked until 2003, initially in New York and later in London, focusing on sales. She joined the newly created Sutton Lane in London in 2006. In 2007 she expanded the gallery to Paris and became partner in 2011, when the gallery changed its name to Campoli Presti. In 2023 Emanuela took over the business, changed its name to Emanuela Campoli and opened a new space in Milan.
